Hello Everyone! For those of you who don't know me, my name is Aline Dwyer.   My maiden name is Picart, which ironically explains the name of this site....Aline Pic-Art Designs.   This site was created at the suggestion of many who thought I should share my art & crafts with others.  I have a full time job...this is not a business nor do I mass produce my work.  Most of what I make are gifts or special requests from family or friends created in my spare time.    It's what I love and enjoy to do as a "hobby"...for now!
  
I take pride in everything that I create, and if I don't love it then I don't sell it or gift it.  As I've always said...the best kind of gifts are those handmade by those who love to create!
